RTA Systems, Inc. is the manufacturer and primary distributor of the Terra Environmental Products Company (TEPCO) products for use in the environmental and oil industry. Based in Oklahoma City and Bartlesville, Oklahoma, RTA Systems, Inc., is a veteran-owned, small business. Our TERRACAP additives and Aqua N-Cap polymer offer advanced solutions for treatment and remediation of oil spills, fuel spills, or other hydrocarbon spills on land or water.

Terra Environmental Products Company, an RTA Systems-owned business, is a pioneer in the development of microencapsulation technologies for remediation and treatment of hydrocarbons, chemicals, and heavy metals.

TEPCO products are a cost effective and environmentally friendly solution for treatment of by-products of oil exploration and drilling such as used cutting fluids and contaminated soil. We can work with you or your environmental engineering firm to find a solution at our 2400 sq. ft. research lab located in Bartlesville, OK. Our new 4,200 sq. ft. warehouse is located in Oklahoma City where our staff is ready to ship our TERRACAP additives and Aqua N-Cap polymer world-wide to meet your needs.
